HEDGEWOOD brings livable and sustainable outdoor spaces to Hedgewood’s homes and communities. Gardens, or outdoor rooms, are as important to the design of our homes as are the interior spaces and most Hedgewood homes include one or more. We think that an outdoor room should have walls for privacy, a door to enter and a level floor – just like a room inside the home. When furnished with comfortable seating and tables, your garden provides an amazing space to entertain, dine or just enjoy the outdoors.

Our communities have their own gardeners that maintain the shared green spaces, and even the private gardens. They nurture and refurbish the plants while maintaining the irrigation drainage, outdoor lighting, paths and drives. These are true gardeners who get to know each home’s owner and all of the outdoor areas. Our goal is to continue to improve each community and its gardens every day, even after the last home is sold.
